How to take last modified date and time of a link?

Hello,

I want to take out last modified date and time of the link(In-link or Out-link), assuming link exists for the requirement.

can anyone tell me how to do it using DLX? Please note I want to take only links last modified date and time for a requirement  and not the last modified date and time of requirement.
